Dr. Angeletti is a psychologist with over 20 years of litigation consulting experience. She specializes in witness preparation and litigation consulting and helps attorneys to evaluate and understand human behavior and communication. Dr. Angeletti specializes in witness preparation for deposition, trial and arbitration. Her other areas of expertise include: case strategy development; case theme development; opening statement and closing argument development; second chair; mediation consulting; jury selection; trial monitoring; post-trial juror interviews; and media management.
Litigation Consulting Experience
Dr. Angeletti has consulted in hundreds of trials and has been second chair for over 20 trials and hearings. Her trial consulting experience has included 7 years as an in-house litigation consultant with Bingham McCutchen and 4 years as an in-house litigation consultant with Alschuler, Grossman, Stein and Kahn (AGSK). Her wide range of trial consulting experience includes cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, insurance bad faith, intellectual property, patent infringement, trade secret, family law matters, legal malpractice, labor and employment liability including sexual harassment and wrongful termination, medical malpractice, probate, personal injury, environmental, eminent domain and product liability.
Witness Preparation
Dr. Angeletti is available to assist counsel with preparation of witnesses for deposition, trial and arbitration. In the preparation session, she helps witnesses to become more comfortable testifying. This approach results in a more credible witness. Dr. Angeletti specializes in assisting counsel with challenging witnesses.
